Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



  • You can raise the size exchange request on mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • In case of a size problem, we can always get it exchanged to the size you need.
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and a request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.




  • In case of a damaged product please write to us (with the product issue picture) on within 3 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Bhuvastra will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on the selected pin -codes).
  • Bank Refund – We refund the amount minus Rs. 200/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account. We need the following bank details – Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch to process the refund.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
  • The refund process (if the customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason(due to any reason owing to the customer or the courier company’s mistake), the responsibility lies on the customer to contact Bhuvastra to arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to contact Bhuvastra timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for exchange/return request.

Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Bhuvastra will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bhuvastra and accepts Bhuvastra’s decision regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not. Non-Valid returns will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases.



If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Bhuvastra and accepts The Bhuvastra’s decision regarding the cancellation.




The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • "Service" refers to the Website.
  • "Website" refers to Bhuvastra accessible from
  • "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Shipment processing times

Shipping inside India is free of cost, we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
